“I Like You, You’re Weird” was a groundbreaking original IP created in partnership and illustrated by Amber Park. Launched in 2021 with gasoline.xyz, the project introduced a digital collection of NFT characters known as “weirdos”—each a one-of-a-kind avatar inspired by the beauty and diversity of the natural world.

Evolving beyond its digital origins, the project expanded into animation, music, fashion, gaming, and experiential art, establishing a creative universe that celebrated individuality and community. It featured original animated shorts, celebrity collaborations, a limited-edition merchandise drop, and a live, invite-only activation in April 2022 in Los Angeles, presented with Terminal 27 and partners. Hosted by Simi Haze, the event included performances by The Weeknd, Kaytranada, and Peggy Gou, bringing the project’s playful, immersive spirit to life.

Rooted in the pillars of impact, community, and innovation, “I Like You, You’re Weird” championed environmental awareness, inclusivity, and creative self-expression. Its vibrant, surreal visual language—blending nostalgic cartoon influences with psychedelic aesthetics amd storyline—invited audiences to embrace their “weird” selves and connect through shared imagination.
